Happiness manifests itself as a pleasurable physical, digital, or human-to-human product and service experience. Ignorance, immaturity, and controversy affect why happiness is measured, what is being measured, and how. Happiness has become a hot topic in boardrooms and living rooms everywhere.


This 4-week, 20-day Telegram program is a first of its kind. Tomer Sharon, a world renowned user experience research and product thought leader will send you daily lessons. These will encourage you to create better products by changing how you measure success or failure, and provide you with practical knowledge and techniques to effectively measure happiness.


The intended audience for this plan are small business owners, product managers, startup founders, designers, researchers, customer success specialists, CX practitioners, strategists, and anyone who cares about measuring outcomes rather than outputs, data over opinions, and facts rather than intuition.


Your instructor, Tomer Sharon, is a leading voice on the topics of design thinking, user experience, and lean research methodology. Tomer is Managing Director, Head of User Research & Metrics at Goldman Sachs. He is the author of two books, Validating Product Ideas (2016) and, It’s Our Research (2012). Previously, Tomer was Head of User Experience at WeWork and Sr. User Experience Researcher at Google Search. He has mentored hundreds of organizations on user research methodology, has given keynotes, and taught workshops in 13 countries and the UN. Tomer holds a master’s degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
